I offer:
Across six modules, we explore different themes such as working with your brain’s natural wiring, reconnecting with what energizes you, understanding your strengths and preferences, redesigning your calendar, listening to your body, and anchoring sustainable habits.
Each two-hour session combines practical tools from neuroscience, behavioral design, and leadership development. Between sessions, you’ll be paired with an accountability partner and work with your personal Flow Log: A kind of lab journal where you track tiny experiments, reflect on insights, and collect real-life data from your workday.
This is not about big, dramatic change. It’s about small, intentional shifts that can be integrated into your current situation. You’ll test what works for you, while getting support and inspiration from the others in the group.
Together, we create a space for honest reflection, creative experimentation, and practical action, so you can move from just getting through the week to working in a way that feels more focused, meaningful, and deeply your own.

The six modules:
HACK YOUR BRAIN (24/9)
Understand how your brain reacts to change and how to work with it. You’ll learn to design tiny experiments that shift habits over time, instead of setting rigid goals. Start by framing your personal “flow problem statement” and test your first micro-change.
TAP INTO PLAY (8/10)
Revisit the moments when you felt fully alive. Through creative exercises and playful reflection, you’ll reconnect with what energizes you. Discover how your early instincts and professional passions hold clues to the work rhythms that suit you best.
DISCOVER YOUR STRENGTHS (22/10)
Use tools like DISC and Core Quadrants to map your natural preferences, motivation triggers, and reaction patterns. Identify how you contribute best and how to navigate friction and feedback in a way that builds your confidence and impact.
TWEAK YOUR WEEK (5/11)
Dive into your calendar, not to control your time, but to observe your energy. Learn how to gently trim what drains you and protect what fuels you. You’ll design small shifts in how you prioritize, delegate, or reframe tasks to better fit your strengths.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY (19/11)
Your body knows what’s working and what isn’t. In this session, a guest yoga therapist helps you reconnect with physical cues of stress and flow. Learn to integrate micro-rituals into your day that support balance, focus, and renewal.
ANCHOR YOUR FLOW (3/12)
Reflect on your journey and craft your personalized Flow Plan — a practical, flexible strategy for sustaining your energy and working style. We celebrate learnings, harvest collective wisdom, and commit to what’s next.
